Minetest Shaders. Minetest is a wonderful game but i find that mods are basically a necessity to really enjoy it. 1x coding 3x debugging 12x tweaking to be just right.
Otherwise feel free to look at the changelog. It s hard to know what mods are good or bad and i also feel that often times the mods are lacking in readily accessible documentation of exactly what they do. The problem i find however is that the mods are a bit too unorganized.

Porting shaders to minetest would be possible to degree but i believe most would need more information provided by the minetest engine to render everything as intended. There s no such thing as shader packs. You may also want to look at some games games provide basic game play for the engine to run using lua scripts.
